Tracking E-PA Jungle Adventure team via SPOT

Track E-PA team on their expedition journey in the AMAZON

E-PA fans and friends,

at this time E-PA winter trip to the tropics of the Amazon, Ecuador is on the go.
Led by Mickey Grosman the adventure team have begun their journey.
You are invited to join them virtually, follow their route and track them online.

Clicking on the link below will take you to SPOT GPS shared internet page where you can see their about in real time and in increments of 10 minutes.
Along the trip we carry a SPOT GPS messenger device that transmits the adventure team locations via satellite. You will see the device pings posted on Google maps/Spot page with well defined and marked trail.

Here is how to use this map:

1. zoom in and out, then click on the satellite view button, terrain or hybrid (at the top right corner of the page) and enjoy the topography views of their adventure route from above.

On the page left side you will find a map legend with all pings information logged there:

2. Clicking the symbol + next to each track will provide you with pings information such time and coordinates.

3. Hovering over each track will provide you with a small animation symbol that shows where exactly they are at, at any "pinging" time.

This is a great feature we always use when taking travelers on our ECO-PLANET Adventures. It provides a piece of mind to families and friends as they can see their loved one's trip progress at any given time. It allows all to interact and have a fun virtual GEO experience.
